The Bear Valley Ranch is an expansive ranch with blocks of private deeded lands running from its winter pastures located along the Sevier River near Richfield, up to 9,800 foot alpine basins in the Monroe Mountain Range and surrounded by the Fishlake National Forest. With over 40,000 acres of grazing permits connecting the deeded lands, this ranch offers the cattle rancher a hard to find ''no-trucking'' operation. For hunters, the ranch is part of the Monroe Mtn Property Owners Association and has historically been allocated 2 limited entry bull elk tags each year for the Monroe trophy bull elk unit, the unit from which the world record bull elk was killed in 2009. Buck deer can be hunted with a general season tag. Includes a home, shop, barn, and significant water rights/shares.
