The cabin roof has a 10/12 pitch so there is plenty of head room in the upstairs loft area. Covered Porch: (6 feet x 24 feet) - There is a nice covered porch on the South side of the cabin. This would be a great place to drink coffee in the morning and enjoy the great mountain and valley views. Treated deck boards and railing around outside perimeter. Land: There are 5 acres (m/l) of land surrounding the cabin that is completely covered with a young stand of timber that is native to Southeastern Oklahoma including a diverse variety of oaks, native shortleaf pine, sumac, elm and eastern red cedar. The is a cool rock outcropping on the property and wildlife are frequently seen on this property and the surrounding area.
